Luxury Eco Resort is a 750-acre private eco resort located in one of the most pristine beachfront of Costa Rica in one of the world’s outstanding examples of lowland tropical rain forest. The property was drained and turned into pasture decades ago and then became over-grazed and abandoned. This project is a major undertaking to restore its habitat, ecosystem and create corridors for wildlife connecting adjacent national parks. A nursery using seeds collected locally was created to provide seedlings for the reforestation program. The Resort has attracted an array of colorful flora and amazing variety of fauna. It has become a showcase for the public and local schools to demonstrate the importance of habitat management and the wildlife that exists in the area. The project has trained and provided jobs for the locals, supported numerous families financially, and contributed tremendously to the local economy. It is a sustainable development in the true sense of the word. The Resort is comprised of a boutique retreat with beach villas, a 50-acre new lake, a 45-acre botanical garden, administration and service complex, etc. Our services include master planning, environmental restoration, reforestation, site planning, hardscape and landscape design.
Cap Cana is an exclusive private resort community located along the east coast of Dominican Republic. The team provided master planning services for several developments within the resort community, including the marina, 110-hectare Cap Cana Village and Las Iguanas residential development, the 100-hectare Racquet Village, the 160-hectare Mountain Golf Course Community with a Jack Nicklaus signature course, the Farallon I and Farallon II 285-hectare Golf Course Communities with two Gil Hanse signature courses in partnership with the Trump Organization.
Xi-Huang Mountain Spa Resort is located 1 hour southwest of Zheng Zhou, adjacent to Fu-Yi-Shan National Park, located within the famous Shao-Lin Mountain Range extension. The site has an extreme complex topography with drastic elevation changes and natural hot springs. Abundant natural mountain landscape with wide variety of fauna and flora and existing cave houses set this project apart from anywhere else. The land area has over 80% of natural forest coverage. The site plan sets forth environmentally friendly design integrating proposed indoor and outdoor spa, forest spa lounges and decks, terrace café, boutique spa villas, spa hotel and amenities with the natural surroundings and existing buildings. More than 60% of this property has been set aside for conservation, featuring opening space, conservation land, beautiful rolling hills, winding trails, wildlife habitats and undisturbed woodlands.
GoldenEye Resort is a 15-acre tropical overbrush that offers approximately 70 villas tucked away in the forest overlooking the sea on the north coast of Jamaica. Located 20 minutes east of Ocho Rios and an 8-minute drive from Ian Fleming International Airport, this small buzzy banana port town of Oracabessa became famous by the establishment of the Fleming Villa. It was Ian Fleming’s Jamaican retreat where he wrote all fourteen of the James Bond novels. Fleming originally named the Villa GoldenEye after the secret WWII mission. The overall master plan design service rendered include master planning services, design and production of marketing materials, detailed site planning and landscape design.
Qianshan New Village Hotel is a five star Hotel to be managed by Caesars Entertainment as a part of a 55-acre high-end mixed-use urban residential community in Zhuhai. It is going to be the largest entertainment venue in Zhuhai with 500 rooms and suites, a 5,000-seat concert hall, banquet rooms, main garden terrace, city’s largest fitness center and spa, swimming pool and lounge on structure and other amenities.
Playa Grande is a 2,000-hectare coastal site with an extensive stretch of 8,700 meter long ocean frontage. It offers an array of natural features including stunning beaches, amazing ocean bluff, and a dedicated 130-hectare natural preserve. Master plan was to incorporate an existing Robert Trent Jones Sr. signature golf course, with multiple five-star boutique hotels, private villas, golf academy, cottages and clubhouse, mixed-use beach village, golf estates, equestrian center and estates, beach clubs and many other site amenities.
Xiongyue Hot Spring Spa Resort is a 35-acre property that nestles within an existing northern forest with abundant natural hot springs on site. The resort has 100 rooms, provides 18,000 SF of indoor spa area and 85,000 SF of outdoor spa area. It has become the pioneer of wellness center and outdoor spa in northern climate in China. It is designed to be the destination for wellness retreats. Full scope of services was provided from conceptual master plan through construction administration.

The conceptual master plan offers a high quality tourism product, harmoniously integrated in a cultural and environmental atmosphere under the concept of an entertaining yet awareness building Flower Valley Experience with a luxury 20-room spa lodge, visitor center, ecology exhibition hall, Wanfu Temple Complex with a 15-room Buddhism lodge, retail and with very distinctive landscape architectural characteristics and innovative environmentally friendly technology for the preservation of the valley bed and lake. It was designed to lead to a successful low impact tourism destination.
