Xi-Huang Resort Community is located 1 hour southwest of Zhengzhou, adjacent to Fu-Yi-Shan National Park, located within the famous Shao-Lin Mountain Range extension. The site has an extreme complex topography with elevations ranging from 300 meter to 1,100 meter above sea level. Abundant natural mountain landscape with wide variety of fauna and flora sets this project apart from anywhere else. The land area encompasses 18.7 hectares with over 70% of natural forest coverage. Over 10,000 wild apricot trees bloom every spring mesmerize whoever encounters this mountain range. The master plan sets forth environmentally friendly design integrating 210 luxury homes and amenities with the natural surroundings. More than 60% of this mountainous community has been set aside for conservation, featuring opening space, conservation land, beautiful rolling hills, winding trails, wildlife habitats and undisturbed woodlands.  

Century Grand Residence is a transit oriented development with a land area of 13 hectares on structure and 13 hectares at grade providing future homes for 13,000 residents. The unique on-structure 6 hectare central sports park is the heart of the community artfully blending all activities together in a mountain forest like setting. The cohesive overall natural flowing berm landscape creates an interesting, lush, beautiful, and comfortable space for residents. 

SummerCamp is an upscale resort community located on a secluded stretch of the Gulf of Mexico Coast 46 miles south of Tallahassee. This 750-acre, with nearly four miles of Gulf beach shoreline, property is one of the least crowded and most undisturbed coastlines in Florida. SummerCamp is a low-key luxury resort community designed under a unique concept of camp like setting. Homes are surrounded by 762 acres of woods with towering pines, twisting oaks and fan-like palmettos, residents are here to retreat and enjoy the great Florida outdoors. The goal is to create a nature inspired community that preserves and enhances the fragile coastal and wetland ecosystems through the implementation of a sensitive master plan and a set of prescriptive development guidelines. Services provided include master planning, design guidelines, detailed site planning and landscape design. 

Qianshan New Village is a high-end 55-acre mixed-use urban residential community. Program elements include high/ middle-end residential condominiums, 5-star hotel, a multi-level pedestrian mall, temple and high-end commercial uses. The master plan and landscape design is focused on providing residents with an environmental friendly community with a park-like landscape on the garage rooftop in an urban setting. This redevelopment project has relocated 1,700 original households back to the New Village. The concept of this 19,000 resident high-density community is that it has promoted architectural and cultural preservation and has been planned and designed with Feng Shui principles and creative green techniques. 

Roatan Beach is a pristine 10-hectare beachfront property on the northern coast of Roatan. The Site has rich topography with a stunning ocean view and abundance of natural resources. The overall project scheme emphasizes on environmental principles, sustainable master planning and implementations including construction methods and operations. Master plan aims to create a community that encourages restoration of beach and mangrove eco-systems to therefore provide a sustainable resort living. Development program includes a mix of luxury single-family villas, cottages, condominiums, storm water retention lagoon, and other site amenities.  

Keyhole Bay is nestled between rolling hills and the southwestern coastline of Roatan with breathtaking ocean views, rich topography and natural forest. It is a perfect site for a resort-like vacation home community. The master plan includes luxury single-family estate home sites and condominiums. The clubhouse offers a restaurant, bar, infinity-edged pool and meeting facilities. 

Hua-Mao-City community is a 105-acre mixed-use project located 10 miles outside of downtown Beijing. Program elements include retail, high-end condominiums, as well as affordable rental apartments. The conceptual master plan focused on developing an integrated green framework with at-grade and on-deck open space for the entire community. Storm water best practices such as bio-swale rain gardens, retention and detention ponds are all cohesive parts of the landscape framework design. 

Playa Blanca Resort  is set on a 205-acre beachfront terrain with a 3,200-foot long stretch of beautiful sandy beach, numerous natural springs and lagoons. It is home to 1,900 residents, including modern homes and villas, luxurious condos, a town center with lively activities and entertainments. The resort also has a 17-acre swimming pool which is the second largest swimming pool in the world. At the heart of the project there is an upscale all-Inclusive hotel with 220 guest rooms. The master plan aims to reposition Playa Blanca as an amenity-driven resort community creating instant value for the existing developments while creating the opportunity to raise the level of quality for future development. 

Xin-Hu Green is a 17-hectare property in the City of Hangzhou. The site enjoys a rich inland topography including an existing watercourse. The development program includes approximately 1,900 high-end multi-family and single-family units, clubhouse, retail, neighborhood parks, and large preserved natural open space. 

DUMON DESIGN provided master planning services for Condado Gardens. The program includs six residential towers up to 35 stories, parking, recreational amenities for the community with pool, playground, jogging trail, multipurpose court, open green space, and project entry feature.  

 Rincon Bay is a 718-hectare beachfront property with dramatic long views of the Bay. The master plan effort was to understand and take full advantage of the site’s incredible natural setting and physical assets to create an upscale resort destination. The resort is to be driven by luxury boutique hotels, championship golf courses, core beach village, equestrian center, nature interpretation center, a variety of residential offerings, and a package of complimentary amenities throughout.
